Ray Archuleta is a Rancher in Seymour, Missouri, a Certified Professional Soil Scientist with the Soil Science Society of America, and a Retired Soil Health Specialist from NRCS/USDA (30 years of service).

He is a co-founder of Understanding Ag, LLC, and Soil Health Academy. Не teaches Biomimicry strategies and Agroecology principles for improving soil function on a global scale. He has worked and taught in Six Continents and every state in the United States. He helps farmers, ranchers, and mangers to reduce fertilizer and pesticides costs by restoring soil function. Increasing soil function improves crop resilience against drought and pests plus enhance quality of the crop while maintaining yield.

Ray was featured in several Regenerative Ag. documentaries: Kiss the Ground and Common Ground on Amazon Prime.
