Leah Bischof

Leah Bischof is the Operations Coordinator at Soil Health Academy. Leah grew up on her family's dairy farm and today owns and operates her own small-scale regenerative specialty cut flower farm, which she manages alongside her young daughter. This endeavor isn't just a farming business for Leah; it's a way of life that reflects her commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Leah's introduction to regenerative farming came in 2021 when she attended the Soil Health Academy. What started as a professional development opportunity quickly transformed into a life-changing experience. Leah recalls the impact of the academy, stating, "I left feeling that it was completely life-changing! I immediately knew that I wanted to learn more and begin my journey applying soil health principles to better the soil, my family's health, and our ecosystem."

In addition to her farming experience, Leah holds a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from North Dakota State University. She resides in central Minnesota with her husband, Brad, and their two-year-old daughter, where they continue to embrace and promote regenerative farming practices.

Leah finds immense satisfaction in her role, as it allows her to directly support others on their journeys of education and empowerment in soil health.
